High-wing configurations, exemplified by the Cessna 182, reduce wing-ground clearance risk at bush airstrips due to their elevated wings. The aircraft features a clean interior and is maintained to high standards.
The price per hour is 195 euro ex VAT block time, which is from engine start to engine stop. We charge VAT on top of this for flights within South Africa and not VAT is added for flights done fully outside of South Africa.
Group tours: up to four passengers in the Cessna 182 (weight dependent). Luggage is handled in such cases by our support aircraft to stay with the tour. Independent flights: for safety and performance in Southern Africa’s high density altitude and short airstrips, we suggest a maximum of two people plus luggage. Up to four on board is possible with little luggage and a bit less fuel on board.
